Julie Haley: Broker / Owner of Property Source Pros: In 1997, after attending the University of Georgia, Julie began her career in real estate —locating, selling, leasing, and directing management of a portfolio of 500 residential rental properties and 4 retail strip centers for a group of private investors from Athens. In 2006, Julie moved her career as a Realtor® to the Hartwell area where she has utilized her skills to become a consistent multi-million dollar producer for her clients every year. In addition to continuing her sales and leasing success, Julie’s goal for Property Source Pros is to use her extensive property management knowledge to implement proven professional strategies tailored to coordinate diverse portfolios of commercial and residential investments, while providing a full-service, professional atmosphere for clients, customers, and tenants.Curtis Seymour: Office Manager / Owner of Property Source Pros: Curtis has been a life-long resident of Hartwell, Georgia. He knows everyone in town! Curtis' goal for Property Source Pros is to put his business administration degree to work maintaining organization for the company and our agents. Jeremiah Van Dora: Realtor for Property Source Pros: Jeremiah grew up in Hartwell, Georgia. Having been recruited for a college quarterback position, he left briefly to graduate college and returned home to the shores of Lake Hartwell. Jeremiah's goal for Property Source Pros is to use his extensive connections in Hartwell to discover new local clients, while also using his business education to pursue new listings near the location of his law school to further promote the company's growth throughout all of Georgia. Cathy Smith: Agent in Training forProperty Source Pros: Cathy has been a life-long resident of Hartwell, Georgia. She is currently an entrepreneur with businesses in Lavonia and Athens. Cathy's goal for Property Source Pros is to use her affable spirit and determination to continue the professional growth of the company while providing a full-service, professional atmosphere for our clients and customers. She is currently enrolled in a course for her real estate license, and plans to begin testing her new skills in October.
